Marie’s Teaching Schedule
2003 Schedule

To my Mira Costa College students:
I will not be teaching my classes at Mira Costa College this semester in order to fulfill my writing and speaking deadlines. I'll be hard at work at my writing desk here in the States, and heading for Italy later on toward the end of the semester. My novel, "I Love You Like a Tomato", which I write as Marie Giordano, has been released, so I hope to see you at my readings both locally and nationally. Keep in touch!

To my private workshop students and private students:
Keep in touch with me for possible open doors of time for our Weekend Intensive workshops. I will be available to take a limited number of manuscripts for detailed critique. E-mail me for information and keep checking this website for good stuff.

2003 is the Year of the Poem.
Those of you whose work appeared in "If You Could See What I See," the anthology of poems I published of students' work in 2000, send your work to ROADSPOETRY.com. Also, all students who have done readings with me, including our Poetry Theatre, send your poems to ROADSPOETRY.com, my new on-line poetry journal. And if you've never studied with me, send your poems! Our inaugural issue featured the Pulitzer finalist, Sydney Lea, and our next issue features the Vassar Miller Prize winner, Scott Cairns. How about you?

See "Marie's News" on this site for submission guidelines and check out www.ROADSPOETRY.com.

Blessings! Ciao! Aguri!
